Killin it on Kilimanjaro!

A few weeks ago my amazing second parents Kris and Tim got back from their trip to Africa. They went there to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. altitude (19,340 ft.) They really are super-human. There are so many incredible pictures from their trip. Their hike up the mountain took about seven days. They had porters who carried all the equipment and supplies up the mountain and provided all the meals. The mountain has almost every climate type represented from its base to the peak. They started out in a rain forest and ended up in a year-round snow capped summit. What's up next you two? Everest. After their climb they went on an African safari and ended the whole trip with a couple of relaxing days on Zanzibar Island. They had such a wonderful time and have so many great stories about the time they spent there. Here are a few pics from their trip.
